SHIPPING TIME: Normal shipping time is three weeks or less after receipt of order and/or production-ready art. If we are able to accommodate special rush requirements, there may be an added rush charge.

IMPRINTING: Prices are based on customer-furnished production-ready art. Any preparation required to make art production ready will be charged at cost.

SCREEN PRINTING: Screen copy can be on any part of the cover, including front cover, back cover and/or spine. There will be an extra charge for heavy coverage or bleeds.
