PROOFS: Printed will be provided only on request and will delay shipment. Proof prices are as follows:
SCREENED PROOF: Photocopy on paper: no charge. Ink sample on vinyl or poly swatch with random copy: no charge. Screened vinyl or poly swatch with actual copy: $75.00 per color. Screened proof on specific item: contact factory for price.

SHIPPING: Shipments are F.O.B. factory and will be factory's choice of carrier unless specified otherwise. Best route may not be cheapest. A 10% handling charge is added to prepaid motor freight shipments. Air shipments will be made only when authorized by customer at customer's expense. No C.O.D. drop shipments. Merchandise cannot be held at factory for delayed shipment. No charge for drop shipments to one address. Split shipment charge: $25.00 per location. UPS shipment handling charge: $ 1.50 per carton.

OVERS AND UNDERS: We reserve the right to ship over or under the amount ordered as follow: 5-500 +/- 10%; over 500 +/- 5%. If exact quantity is required, add 5% to the catalog price.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: All orders are firm. The cancellation fee is $50.00 plus any incurred costs in the job. No cancellations or returns accepted without prior written authorization from factory. Authorized returns must be made freight prepaid within 30 days of shipment.
